She graduated from David Mackenzie High School, where she ranked 10th in her class. Driven by a passion for understanding people and helping others, she went on to attend The Alabama State University in Montgomery, Alabama. There, she earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology with a minor in sociology, graduating cum laude.

With a background in both psychology and sociology, Jenna brings valuable insight into workplace dynamics and team collaboration. Her attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and calm, professional demeanor help create a positive and productive work environment.
