MUST BE ALREADY TRAINED AND LICENSED AS AN ARMED SECURITY OFFICER!!!!!!!


Workable Solutions is currently seeking licensed armed security officers to join our team for upcoming special events in Montgomery, AL and surrounding areas on an as needed basis. Must have means of transportation and valid ASRB Armed License, pistol permit and your own law enforcement style handgun /w Level III Holster.

  • RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Own reliable transportation (not shared) * w/Insurance
  • Pass Criminal Background Check
  • Pass Drug Screen
  • Work days/nights/weekends/Holidays/
  • Be able to walk/stand for long periods of time
  • Any employee may at any time be required to take a physical examination as a condition of continued employment
  • Must be able to communicate and interact with individuals of various races, educational levels & social groups
  • Must possess excellent oral communication skills
  • Must possess writing skills to clearly and neatly complete daily reports
  • Must exercise courtesy, diplomacy and tact in performance of duties
  • Be able to maintain poise under stressful situations
  • Must be reachable 24 hours a day
  • Neat and professional appearance - No Tattoos on hands, neck or face


REQUIREMENTS:

  • Law Enforcement (APOST certified), Military (MP), Corrections and Security experience REQUIRED. At least 2 years’ experience.
  • Must not have been Dishonorably Discharge, if he/she has prior military services (DD-214)
  • Be able to obtain and maintain CPR/First Aid Certification
  • Have current Armed ASRB Security License
  • Have a valid Alabama Pistol Permit (and have their own _Full Size Law Enforcement style* handgun) (Glock, S&W, Sig, etc.)
  • 21 years of age U.S. Citizenship required (proof required)
  • Have H.S. Diploma or GED Equivalent (proof required)
  • Valid Driver License (to drive Company Vehicles) (proof required)
