Kadarius D. McCall is the Assistant Chief of Operations at Workable Solutions. His duties and responsibilities are making the schedule and ensuring the right information is given out to the other supervisors and to the officers. He joined the Workable Solutions family October 13, 2017, and in the time that he has been here he went from a regular armed security officer to the rank of Assistant Chief. He really enjoys what he does, and he always strives to do his best. He is currently enrolled in school seeking a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice. He served in the Army for three years and after that he worked at Hyundai Glovis for nearly a year, and in that short time, he went from a regular worker to a van driver who was responsible for ensuring that the drivers knew where to go. He also worked for HMMA where he worked for nearly three years. In his time there he slowly worked his way to different spots in the plant, learning and growing. 

His hobbies include cooking, sports, and other outdoor activities. One thing he prides himself on is integrity and honesty. The reason he got into security is because after the military he wanted to try something other than working at a plant. He really loves what he does, and he has the up most respect for the uniform. He believes in protecting others and their property. For these same reasons is why he chose to pursue a degree in criminal justice.



Assistant Chief McCall is currently an Unarmed instructor and oversees the day-to-day operations at Workable Solutions LLC.
